Precise control for hood and extract fans

The MV810G1-4T1.5B is a good match for hood fans in commercial kitchens, where airflow needs to rise at peak times and drop when the kitchen is quiet. Instead of running at full speed all day, the fan speed can be set from a potentiometer or adjusted automatically from a sensor signal. Energy use drops, noise in the dining area is lower, and less heated or cooled room air is wasted through the hood.

Set up from the panel or a laptop

Parameters can be set from the front panel, which has a 5-digit LED display, silicone buttons and a multifunction M key. They can also be set from a laptop through the USB Type-C port, which also allows real-time monitoring. An optional remote LCD keypad can be fitted on the cabinet door.

Compact mounting

The housing is 72 mm wide, so several drives fit side by side in the same cabinet. The lower cover mounts without screws, and the cooling fan has a removable cover for cleaning.

Can I use this drive with a 1.1 kW motor?
Yes. The drive can control smaller motors. Enter the rated current from the motor nameplate in the parameters so that motor protection works correctly.

Can I control the hood fan with a potentiometer?
Yes. Connect the potentiometer to the 10 V supply and the 0–10 V analog input of the drive.

Does it work on 230 V single-phase?
No. This model requires a three-phase 380 V supply.
