The MV810G1-4T3.7B is the most powerful drive in the size B enclosure. It delivers 3.7 kW in the same footprint as the 0.75 kW model, which matters in the crowded control cabinets of air handling units and ventilation plant rooms.

Demand-controlled ventilation

Roof fans and double-inlet fans in commercial buildings rarely need full capacity. With a CO₂ or differential pressure sensor connected to the analog input, the drive automatically adjusts speed to actual building occupancy. Fan power falls roughly with the cube of speed, so a 20% speed reduction saves almost half the energy.

BMS integration

  • Built-in RS485 Modbus with switchable termination resistor
  • 8 digital inputs, 2 analog inputs, analog output, open collector and relay
  • Optional PROFINET, EtherCAT, CANopen, Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP cards

FAQ

Can I use this drive with a 4 kW motor?
It depends on the current on the motor nameplate. If it is no more than 9.4 A at 400 V, the drive can control it. Many 4-pole 4 kW motors are around 8–8.5 A, but check the nameplate.

Can I connect a CO₂ sensor directly to the drive?
Yes. Sensors with a 0–10 V or 4–20 mA output connect to the analog inputs.

How do I read the drive status from the BMS?
Frequency, current and fault codes can be read over the built-in RS485 Modbus.
